I have over 6 years of experience in recruitment across a number of different sectors. Before I was introduced to the recruitment industry, I worked for 11 years in call centres in a variety of positions in different countries.

I am currently the Support Team Lead for administration staff to make sure that they hit their daily and monthly targets KPIs. I also create reports for the consultants so they can gauge their performance and make sure that all communications are organised and all followed-up.

I am very fortunate to have landed a job with bta Sales not just because they are the leading specialist in sales recruitment but also because the team treats each other like family. I love working in a company where my skills and abilities are appreciated.

Outside work hours, I spend time with my family. I enjoy experimenting in the kitchen and watching my family’s reactions when they try the new foods I have prepared. I am a people person, I love long conversations and meeting new people.
