I have 20 years of experience in recruiting sales professionals for leading companies in both Australia and internationally. I’ve successfully placed more than 300 sales professionals in a variety of industries. A regular guest speaker on a range of topics surrounding building sales teams and managed teams of up to 40 people with budgets of $10M and above.

I’m the managing director of bta Sales, which is one of Australia’s longest-running and most successful recruitment firms to the executive sales profession. Over a period of more than 25 years, we have found jobs for more than 4,500 salespeople, and we currently have over 200,000 registered candidates.

I am fortunate to align myself with a dynamic team who share my values in helping companies find the best sales talent in the market. We represent large and small companies but only those who are passionate about offering careers and opportunities.

Out of business, I’m passionate about family, self-development, health and fitness. A regular on the long-distance triathlon series and completed an Ironman event – not that I’ll be rushing to do that again! I’m also an avid North Melbourne football fan and hopeful that a premiership is just around the corner.
